This house is absolutely STUNNING! It is everything the pictures show and more. It’s clean, spacious, and just unreal. The hosts were super quick to respond and put us in touch with their concierge, Alex, right after we booked. Alex responded very promptly to my messages and helped us coordinate everything. We had chef services with Chef Jonathan and Paula, who were absolutely AMAZING! The food was beyond delicious and they were so sweet and attentive to everything. This bachelorette trip was everything we hoped for and more. Highly recommend staying here for an amazing time!!!

This house is truly something else. The house is in a great location about 5 to 10 minutes from The Cancun strip with all the clubs, mall and restaurants. The views early in the morning and late at night are magical And it just made the experience that much better.
Alex The cohost for this house was great and welcomed us with delicious drinks. He also was very attentive to all of our questions. Mari The housekeeper made our stay very special. She cooked for us and did our laundry and made us feel welcomed . I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful house and location, the floors can get slippery, so be mindful of that. Definitely suggest this house for groups that are excited to mostly stay home and use all the amenities. Highly recommended the chef services Jonathan and Paola are super sweet and great cooks. Would stay here again if I ever come back to Cancun. Alex is nice and will make sure you have reservations at any restaurant or excursion you choose. Be sure to bring lots of cash for any additional services you book.

Boat Dock Villa was the nicest Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. If you’re going to Cancun, skip the resort and get this place. It’s honestly a private resort and you’ll have a much more catered experience.

We decided to rent the boat, use the chef service with Paola and Jonathan, and took a ton of advice from the on-site Concierge Alex which made the trip so seamless. For reference on quality, we decided to cancel our dinner reservations and stay home with their chefs who had made amazing meals all week for us. Not to mention changing plans with Alex’s feedback on the best bars and parties.. he always got us VIP treatment!

Overall, huge thank you to all the staff at the house and I can’t wait to come back to Cancun again. Hopefully the house will be available then Gracias!

I just want to say that from the beginning the help was great. Alexander, our host at the time was amazing! Really helped out with a lot of planning and hung out with us to make sure everything was perfect, and it definetly was. We had meals made for us pretty much everyday, and Chef Jonathan and the rest of the staff made delicious meals and were very attentive all around. The experience was awesome, and I would 100% go back. Thank you for a great time, my friends and I appreciated everything. Thank you!

The home is nicely situated only a few minutes drive from the center of action. The number of amenities offered at this home is excellent. I recommend this home for all sorts of groups. If you are looking simply to relax, enjoy and host multiple families, or both. So much available if you want to simply spend the day and enjoy. Alejandro, the concierge is excellent.

We stayed 1 week at Boat Dock Villa as a family of 6 adults and 3 children. The house and especially the deck are beautiful, but I would look elsewhere if you are truly wanting to use the amenities. The dryer, dishwasher, freezer, garbage disposal were all broken. There were holes in the wall that looked like someone punched the wall. The majority of the TV’s didn’t work, and you couldn’t lock the front door, just the gate. It was so strange.

Since we booked a 1 week stay, we were told and is also on the Airbnb listing that a day on the yacht is included. We all get ready for our day on the yacht to take us to Isla Muerjes, and the boat breaks down in the middle of the ocean. There were no life vests available for the children, even though Alex told me they would be provided. There was no radio on the boat to radio to others for help. We essentially had to drift back to a pier and get dropped off in the middle of Cancun, and taxi back to the house. It was ridiculous. I never heard from Cory, the owner, over this horrific unsafe incident. They comped 6 $50 massages, but should have offered us more since we wasted an entire day of vacation on this. Alex blamed Bethany, Bethany said Cory would contact us, and it was just at the end of the day, the run around. We have been to Cancun 20+ times over the past 15 years and haven’t experienced something like this.

I think this house is great for what is it used for – partying. But beyond that, I would stay elsewhere.

We added on the chef service with Jonathan and Paola – they were FANTASTIC. Worth every penny. They accommodated us so greatly and were wonderful with our children. Thank you again to Jonathan and Paola.

Everything was perfect from the time I checked in to the time I checked out. The staff was great. They went above and beyond anything I could’ve expected. The villa was great!! It was clean. I opted for chef services and the food was delicious, every meal. They did not miss. The chefs also made my cake for my birthday. It was beautiful. I was almost brought to tears. Everyone was great concierge, housekeeping, chefs, security, captain on the yacht; just everyone. Everything was impeccable. I will not hesitate booking again on my next trip to Cancun!! They are the best.

When I say everything was amazing omg. Alex the concierge was bomb, anything we needed he was very helpful. He arranged transportation from and to airport for us. He also arranged massages on the first day, a covid test before we left which was great cause we didn’t have to the house. He also offered suggestions for daily activities. He was there when we arrived and gave us a tour of the house, He was great. Paola and jon who are the chef was awesome. When we arrived they welcomed us with drinks and shot. Lunch was ready. When I say all the meals were amazing everything was delicious. We had breakfast lunch and dinner and I have no complaints on the food. My only suggestions is to provide a receipt of the groceries. The house stayed clean. The house was gorgeous. The only complaints is the air. The house was so hot. Some of the rooms were cooler than others but the master bedroom was the hottest in the house. The kitchen/dining room was also really hot. It wasn’t good circulation but honestly everything else was so bomb it didn’t matter. My suggestion is get the chef services, bring lots of cash and turn up.

House met and exceeded all expectations; the property was kept extremely clean and well maintained. The best aspect of this stay was the chef service provided by Johnathan and Paola – highly recommend using their services as their quality and selection was top notch and came with tremendous value. The housekeeping staff was also very good and kept the house tidy. Definitely recommend to any travelers looking to enjoy their time in Cancun.

Great place and great service. Loved the chef, the cleaning lady, the host of the house. The house was so clean and better than our expectations. We would suggest to rent a car because anywhere you go with the driver will be between 45-60 American dollars, even just to drive 4 min away! Bring lots of cash!

Cory and his staff were exceptional. They were responsive and attentive to our needs at all hours. Part of the charm of Cory’s wonderful home is the selection of services but more importnatly the people who provide them.

Alex, the consummate professional, was kind and informative.

Chef Johnathan and his wife were energetic and proactively observed our eating patterns and provided options based on our taste without us having to instruct him to do so.

Bethany- was an exceptional point of contact that helped us to navigate an unpredictable circumstance that could have dampened the magical environment that hosted our much need break.

Lastly, Cory, the owner, was gracious and accomadating. Offering more than we anticipated to ensure that our stay was flawless.

In summary, we were honored grateful to be treated with so much respect and care. Not to mention, the house and the location were superb.

This was perfect place for my family and I. We didn’t want to do the resorts because of Covid so this was perfect. We did so much and had a blast. The ocean water is so blue and clear, it’s amazing. The house is located in the perfect location to the beaches, activities ,and hot spots. The place is huge and just beautiful.We took advantage of the jetski on property and looking back maybe we should have rented it for another day we that much fun. We had 12 people so I rented a huge Van but if you don’t have that maybe you can get taxi, Uber, or set up rides with Alexander. If you rent a car get ready for the scams. I bought with 3rd party so the actual rent a car place made us buy more insurance even though I purchased with 3rd party. So if your gonna rent do it directly from the place. The house had a house keeper , chef, and captain for the boat/jetski. At first didn’t think we would need a house keeper but it was really nice to have . Gives you more time to get up and go and not to have to worry about cleaning and Maria is a sweetheart. I can go on and on about this place and the amazing time we had. I prefer this way of Vacation to getting locked into a resort being forced into their food and activities. Thanks for listening to my feedback. Hope you have a great vacation like I did.

Hospitality was great!! I never had an issue finding a good restaurant, beach, tour, or taxi thanks to Alex. The chef was punctual and attended us well. House was always sparkly clean after we would come back home. 10/10 I would send any friend or family member with confidence they will be taken well care of 🙂

I loved every minute of my stay here. To begin the house is way more beautiful than pictured. It has so many amenities not even photographed. My concierge Alex was in total communication with me every step of the way he made sure all my requests were met and I couldn’t have been more pleased. The Chefs were nothing short of amazing. My sister sent a picture of cakes to be made for my birthday and they made them exactly as I asked. I even cried at one point because everything was so beautiful. Definitely recommend.

Cory, Alexander, and Jonathan did an amazing job working with our group. They are extremely responsive and made the experience an absolute breeze.

The house is a 10/10. It was clean with the rooms/amenities not letting down whatsoever.

Jonathan helped put together an amazing menu for our stay and the food was incredible.

Alexander was the best of the best. He helped us get everything we needed when it came to activities in Cancun.

I would recommend this spot to friends and family without hesitation. Amazing experience.

This was one of the best group trips I have been on. Everything was taken care of and exceeded expectations. Our team Paola and Johnathan prepared amazing food and drinks for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Maria made sure the house was spotless every morning and Alex was an excellent guide in recommending activities and restaurants to visit. They also helped to coordinate all travel logistics throughout the city, in addition to an amazing boat ride. My friends and I could not be happier with this stay, I will definitely look to stay here again on my next trip to Cancun.

Made our experience unforgettable they went above and beyond by helping us arrange chefs, boats, chauffeurs To and from airport and restaurant reservations. It was one of my first Times in Mexico and I had anxiety traveling out there but everyone made us feel safe and welcomed. The staff was was very kind, chef was amazing and Alex our host was top notch at making sure we had everything we needed for our whole trip whatever we wanted Alex was there to make it happen. I highly recommend staying here!

I can’t say enough about Cory and Cory’s place. Communication was fast and amazing from the very first contact on Airbnb . The home is exactly as described and exactly what you see in the pictures. It is truly one of a kind and has a full staff taking care of the property everyday. It’s private and you have the entire place to yourself. Included is a concierge named Alex, a true luxury to have and he will make sure you have everything you need to make your trip amazing. We even decided late one night that we wanted in-home massages the next morning and he arranged it, no problem. If you decide to add-on any extra service(s) through the concierge, be mindful that it’s cash only. Mexico does not have vemo, zelle, cashapp, etc., so be certain to bring enough cash to cover any add-on services you desire, like chef, daily groceries purchased by chef, driver, transportation, yacht, tips, etc. And yes, please tip your staff, these folks work so hard. Also, México atm only allows 5,000 pesos per day (about $230.00 U.S) and obviously you can only withdraw in pesos. Candidly, renting a car is much cheaper than driver services and cooking is much cheaper than chef services but our group rather pay for convenience and luxury. However, to each it’s own. We did all services and had an amazing time. Regardless if you get extra services or not, book with Cory, you won’t be disappointed. Everyone in my group sends their thanks and appreciation! We will definitely be back!

Everything was excellent and according to property description.

Beautiful Villa in a great location. Gorgeous views of the lagoon and hotel strip.
This villa is amazing for big groups. 4 families would fit comfortably in my opinion.
We had 8 memorable days here and hope for more in the future.
We spent most of our days in the pool outside in the backyard.
The staff, from the cleaning crew to the chefs, were wonderful.
Bethany is a great host that will do all she can to help with any issues and will give you the best recommendations catering to your preferences.
Alex was so kind to always check if we wanted to go anywhere special for dinner or parties offering vip service.
Maddy is a pro that cleaned the house top to bottom. We appreciated her so much.
They’re a great team ready to make your stay memorable and fun.
