Overall great airbnb. We did run into some issues with plumbing but the host was very quick to repair and resolve all our issues and was great with communication. Great location, amenities. Outstanding service. Highly recommend private chef (he makes great food!).

David and Amir were awesome! Their place is as advertised and they took care of all our needs leading up to our trip and during it. If you are going for a bachelor party, look no further. They will get you set up with anything you need. I would definitely recommend their all-inclusive package if you are going for a bachelor party or a bunch of friends. Dora was with us the whole time to help us with any needs or requests we had. They would set up transportation for us whenever we needed with Ivan who was great as well. Thanks everyone for making our trip the best!

Where do I even begin… Okay, I’m going to cut to the chase here and just say it up front. Stop what you are doing right now and smash that “BOOK NOW” button on Airbnb, you will not be disappointed. I can absolutely guarantee that It will be the best weekend of your life. So, TL;DR book this place right now. Do it quick, before someone else does! Alright, now for my complete review of the place, and all of the wonderful and amazing people that make it all happen… I should probably preface my review by saying that this was for a bachelor party with 19 guys. I can assure you that even if it wasn’t for a bachelor party that the level of attention to detail and accommodations would be just as excellent. When I first saw the place on Airbnb I was immediately drawn to it, with the amazing pool surrounded by cabanas and rooftop deck with views of the lagoon and hotel zone. I knew that this was where I had to have my bachelor party. I just didn’t realize what I was actually booking until I met the owner Amir… So when you book through Amir you aren’t just getting an Airbnb, you’re getting your own personal concierge. When I first booked the place months in advance, Amir reached out to me and gathered some preliminary information to see if it was for a bachelor party or what. I told him that it was, and he already had an itinerary planned out for me and everything. He told me with a group that large that I should most likely opt for the private chef and transportation to and from the airport. I agreed with him, and knew that cooking and cleaning for that many people would be a nightmare. So If you are going to be with a large group there really is no other way to go, trust me. A couple of days prior to our arrival Amir did a Costco run for us and bought all of the food and alcohol for the weekend, which was super helpful not having to worry about doing that after our long flights to Cancun. With 19 guys coming from all over the United States from 11:00am to 8:00pm, it was a miracle that they were able to pick us all up at the airport. But Julian the driver was there right when we landed ready to take us to the house! And he had a team of other drivers ready to pick up my other friends from their flights as well. He also drove us all back to the airport at the end of the weekend. Super convenient to not have to worry about getting a taxi! Thank you Julian!! 🙂 One of my friends had an early flight and arrived into Cancun at around 11:00am and was able to hang at the house all day until the next group arrived around 4:30pm. He was in good hands though and was chilling poolside all day being served fresh ceviche and beers until the rest of us arrived. He was sending us photos all day saying how amazing the house was and how the service was top notch. When we all finally arrived at the house the amazing host Dora greeted us and gave us a full tour of the house. Dora was such a sweetheart the entire weekend and was always there if we needed anything. By the end of the weekend Dora was like the house mom and we were all genuinely sad to have to say goodbye. Thank you so much for everything Dora! You are a rockstar!! Nosotros te amamos! <3 The chefs for the weekend: Alfredo and Edgar were awesome, they cooked up some amazing meals for us during our stay from surf and turf with shrimp and steak to an amazing breakfast each morning of fruits, eggs, yogurts, addicting quesadillas and the best frijoles you’ll ever have. We also had a taco bar one night and some amazing Italian food on another night. Also, one person on my party was vegan and they were more than happy to accommodate his food restrictions. They made him a vegan ceviche one day that tasted better than actual ceviche! Thank you so much you guys! Ustedes son chefs increíbles! While at the house all weekend our main man Habib was always there with a fresh cerveza whenever we were on our last sip. He was honestly too good at his job and with 19 guys he always made sure that we had a fresh beer when we needed it. Also, I don’t think that I ever saw an empty beer bottle or trash anywhere around the house, because he was always there to grab it for us. In addition, the housekeeper Theresa was so sweet and would make our beds each day and would clean up all of our dishes after each meal which was an absolute godsend. Thank you so much Theresa y Habib!! This weekend would not have been possible without you guys! Amir, give these two a raise they totally deserve it. <3 Okay, now for the 2 wildest parties that I’ve ever experienced… So I graduated from San Diego State University and I was in a Fraternity there, so I’ve been to a party or two. The 2 parties that Amir put together for us were unreal. The first one was on a boat with a private DJ and Dora and the chef Alfredo went with us as well to make us lunch while we were out on the water. They booked this awesome DJ, DJ Han who was spinning the dopest deep house beats all day. We anchored around this beautiful island and swam in the tropical water and partied all day. We stayed at this villa for 4 days. It’s pretty close to everything and the pictures are pretty accurate. Besides the normal wear and tear on the house, it was the same as the pics! We were 10 ladies for my sister’s bachelorette party and we all we’re very comfortable and had plenty of space to chill and relax. Dora and Ivan were great hosts! They alway had our meals ready, drinks fresh, and were here for anything we wanted or needed. Our chef Alfredo and his sous chef was great and food was delish! Our maid was awesome as well beds made daily and fresh towels. Amir the owner came by to check on us and Introduce himself which I thought was very professional. Overall great stay our Bride was super happy!

I helped organize my brother’s bachelor party at this villa. Unfortunately, I personally could not attend as my wife was 9 months pregnant. The group of guys had an amazing time! The location is very close to downtown/resorts. Our host Dora was very welcoming and quick to respond every time. Chef and housekeeping were awesome as well. David was awesome in helping set up everything. I definitely recommend:)

Pros; 1. Great host..Almost everytime something goes wrong..Amir(David) will come and make it even better Instance-1: hostess forgot to bring something and I messaged Amir within 10 mins he was there with stuff Instance-2: our chef didn’t showed up till 9.30 on last day we were suppose to leave at (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) Messaged Amir and two chefs from his different house shows up by 9.40 2.Location ..not really close to beach but you can get a cab in less then 100 steps to take you anywhere ***We worked a lot with local cab driver George + (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) if you are a big group he has 14 seater van 3. Bachelor house more than family house. Would have rated low as a family house but again Amir came to rescue and tried heat the pool when he saw us with kids. Even though pool heating was not part of package. Thanks Amir for trying but weather didn’t supported us. 4. Amazing staff (Special mention of Theresa and Reza) other than our hostess (~Doris) who has serious miss communication issues . She is new so I assume that issue will be fixed in coming months. 5.Rent a Yacht from Amir – Great Yacht and Captain Eric was awesome. We rented it from 12-8 and that was the highlight of trip for kids and everyone. Cons: 1. Our Hostess: (Doris) She knew our whole group was not too happy with her and she didn’t even stayed till the time we left. We had great time at this house. Price was great too. We also asked for Chef services (extra). Which was decent experience.

Wow. I have never had a better experience with an AIRBNB!! From the very beginning, David was great about communicating with me and giving me every thing I needed! I messaged him about several thing before booking and each response was kind, respectful and HELPFUL!! Our flights arrived early so I asked if we could check in early and they were so accommodating! We took the all inclusive package and upon arrival they had some finger food ready for us by the pool with drinks, which was amazing because we were all famished! The house was very large (enough room for all 20 of us) and we spent most of our time at the Villa. p.s: David has an incredible team working with him and I recommend you ask for Doris to host your weekend. She was great and on top of everything.

David’s villa was quite literally the perfect spot to host a bachelor party in Cancún. From front to back, David and his team took care of everything we’d want or need from a bachelor party weekend, from advising us on the best schedule of events for the weekend beforehand, taking care of food for the whole weekend with an excellent private chef, awesome staff to take care of our needs in the house and to serve us drinks throughout, transportation to wherever we needed to go, and great activities we’d hard time booking ourselves like a day trip on a private yacht. Stay here if you want the large group Airbnb experience with a private host who knows how to have a good time in Cancún and can hook you up with whatever you need.

This house is a fantastic place! The rooftop with own bar and spa pool is brilliant with fantastic view over whole Cancun. Its very big and also book the chef, fantastic food. Nice to have dinner on the rooftop made by the chef. Amir is a crazy good host, he can arrange anything you want and like to do. The manager is a fantastic lady as well. Book this place, you’ll have a brilliant time!

The HOUSE, the HOST, the LOCATION, EVERYTHING was way better than I ever could have imagined. I have been to Cancun over 40 times and this was the Best time i have ever had! We upgraded to a chef and it was a worth every penny! The guys working at the house were incredible and took care of everything for my friends and I! I highly recommend and will definitely be going back soon!

This was by far the best Airbnb stay I’ve had thus far. David was a phenomenal host as well as James and the staff. James was impeccable. I highly recommend this property as it was more than the description. The meal package is a must do as well other amenities offered. The service is 5 stars. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. David made sure we were treated like royalty throughout the whole trip by offering us an all inclusive service that included a butler and chef. the next day we rented a yacht and jet skis and for our last day Dany through us a pool party while Luis the chef cooked us an amazing steak bbq. This is the sickest villa you can rent in Cancun, I would definitely recommend this home!

From all my experiences with airbnb, this is by far the best place I have ever stayed at. From the moment we checked in to the time we checked out we received amazing service from the entire staff. We were 16 guys and David pre-planned several activities for my friends and I to make our time there even better! He organized a yacht day, reservations at beach clubs and an ATV tour. He really makes a difference in your experience in Mexico and if it weren’t for him we would not have done much. definitely would recommend if you’re looking for the best Airbnb experience there is to offer.

I spent the weekend with my friends in this lovely villa for which we booked last minute. Danny took care of us from the minute we landed to the time we left. Anything we requested in Cancun He made it happen. This Villa is perfect for a large group especially if you want to party and be together. We took the extra service of the chef with the food and let me say this was a must. Nothing short of an amazing experience and place to stay! My girlfriends and I booked David’s house for my sisters bachelorette. From the second we inquired he was super helpful and responsive with helping us organize our stay. The house was unreal, it is so unique, you can tell there was a lot of thought put into the design. The entire time we stayed there it was spotless clean!! We always felt secure and safe in the neighbourhood. Danny’s team even found the resources to organize us a private Zumba class by the pool with a big breakfast waiting for us once we finished! All in all, it was a top notch 5 star experience and I would highly recommend this property and hosts to anyone!! STAY HERE!!

We could not have had a more wonderful stay! I came here with 16 girls for my bachelorette party this past weekend and it was such a seamless and great experience. The home is incredibly spacious and beautiful. Pictures seriously do not do this place justice. The hosts were absolutely wonderful- starting with the pre-trip communication, they helped us arrange our airport transfers and some activities and recommendations like a yacht day. Which was unreal!! They took us around for 6 hours, we went to a stunning island across Cancun named Isla Mujeres, we swam in the clearest waters and had the best lunch ever on the islands (seriously don’t miss out!)
