The Space
Relax in this newly renovated Villa (September 2018) with it’s trendy backyard and pool. Have a drink by the bar while your friends fire up the BBQ on the large deck to watch the sunset or some Sunday football. Relax in the sun on of of our 6 lounge chairs or on one of the 5 day beds. Chill out in the pool and enjoy the amazing view of the water. Enjoy some amazing meals prepared by a private chef in the dining area while overlooking the pool and tropical garden.
As you enter the villa you immediately notice the cool and stylish furniture while enjoying the beautiful outdoor views. This stylish property features a fully equipped large kitchen and an elegant dining room overlooking the pool and Laguna. The large and spacious terrace provides many comfortable seating area, bar and an outdoor dining table.
One bedroom is located on the ground floor (wheelchair accessible). The staircase leads upstairs to the master bedrooms and 2 other bedrooms. The Master bedroom which features high ceilings and laguna views with a private balcony and bathroom. The second room offers two double beds and a private bathroom, as well as a pull out for your comfort. Finally, the third bedroom is accompanied with a private bathroom and office space.
***All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and bathrooms. Some have a safety-box. This villa is spacious and perfect for your Cancun Bachelor/ette Party.***

The back yard to this property is amazing! Had fun and used it every night. The staff also is there to help you with anything needed. They went above and beyond for us the entire time, would defiantly stay here again.

Fantastic space! The outdoor area was simply amazing for large groups of friends celebrating a bachelor party. David was a great host and helped coordinate airport transportation, all inclusive package, clubs and more… Chef Edgar was amazing and I highly recommend him. However, the best activity was the yacht party and jet skies David arranged for us!! Great space, Great host, highly recommend it.

James, the host, was amazing, as were Gilberto and Ingrid, the chefs!! Definitely recommend getting the meal/cleaning add-on. We originally were not going to do it but ended up doing it and were all SO grateful to have freshly prepared meals at all times, as well as someone who handed us drinks. James, the host, was SO helpful. He helped schedule rides for all of us (20 girls!) and went above and beyond to do everything he could. He is truly a class act. Speaks English and Spanish (oh and French) and just 100% made our trip. Dave was very responsive. Thank you for your wonderful staff, David!

Don’t bother looking anywhere else, book this villa. The staff are Incredible and the house is perfect. James and David will take care of everything you need. We took his all inclusive package and were VERY impressed with the Chef and the quality of the food. EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING!! Don’t even bother going to the clubs, ask them about the bachelor-party packages with a yacht party on Friday and a pool party on Saturday. 10 STARS ALL THE WAY!!

My 18 friends and I rented this home for my cousins bachelor party. David made sure we had everything we needed in Cancun… from yacht rentals, to VIP in all the clubs. We took the all inclusive package from David. The drivers waited for us outside the terminals in black SUVs and made us feel like stars. His chef Luis made us the most delicious meals at all times and the quantities were perfect. James the butler made sure our glasses were never empty and the cleaning lady made sure the home was always clean even with 19 messy guys. The yacht party was the highlight of our weekend!! Thank you again David for a great time, we will see you soon.
