This Place is amazing. Not only do you feel like you’re in a movie because of the scenery, but the service and attention from Alejandro, and Carolina, was what made this stay extra magical. I will return as soon as possible. I felt so comfortable staying (Website hidden by Airbnb) really felt like home. The views are amazing when you step out into the back of the Villa and see the beautiful fountain…I recommend having breakfast outside like we did a few times. The pool area was huuuge! And you can see Yachts floating on by and people waving at you. I can’t express how kind and attentive Alejandro was to our group. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy We are planning on making this a regular thing now. Thank you for the excellent time!!!

David and his entire was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond for us during the entire stay! They accommodated our every need with proper communication. The cook Carolina was amazing alex was amazing and of course David was great!! The place is very clean and beautiful! Perfect location for partying, eating, relaxing. There is also stores and taxi services right outside the location for convenience! I will definitely be booking again!

The home was very quiet and peaceful, which is what we were hoping for. The outdoor pool and waterfall and slide area was so nice to enjoy! The home location is right down the street from where taxi’s are staged, so transportation was easy. It is also across the street from hotels, so access to the beach was easy as well. The host was super responsive when we had an issue with no running sink or shower water the first few days. He had people coming in to try and resolve the problem daily. Having daily cleaning was nice, but it was a little awkward having someone we didn’t know in the home with us all day long. We had assumed the cleaner would be in to make beds and clean things up each day and then be gone, but she arrived each morning at 9 a.m. and left at 5 p.m. Overall, our stay was great and we loved having so much room to enjoy without the hassles of tons of people in hotels and small hotel rooms. We will definitely recommend this place to others.

We just returned home January 25, 2020. We spent 6 night in Cancun. Our party of 12 included 7 adults and 5 children, ages 3-7. David exchanged emails several times with us prior to our arrival. He provided answers to questions and shared good suggestions. He arranged transfers to and from the airport. He arranged for Alex to be our host and Alfredo to be our chief. Both were excellent. The home is located in a secure residential area location on the lagoon side of the main road on the Hotel Zone. The home is across the main road from the Aquamarina Beach Hotel. We had no problems walking around with children during the day or evening. The home was very convenient to the beach and the bus routes. At the end of the street there is a convenience store called OxXo. They had cold water, snacks, and ice cream. Next door is the restaurant Carnitas Michoacan. (They have excellent chocolate cake and flan). The home has 3 levels with 3.5 baths, 4 bedrooms, beds to sleep 16, a full kitchen, inside dining for 8, a small TV room and a large family room which seats 8-10. There was also seating for dining outside on the covered veranda. A large common pool and jacuzzi were available and only a short walk from the back door. We had the pool all to ourselves for the week. The home was a perfect venue for the needs of our family. The Best Things *We could put the children to bed at night and still be able to visit and play games with the adults while still being in the home with the children. The children loved being together in one house. Our children and grandchildren said this was the best trip we have gone on as a family. *David offered the services of Alfredo as our chief. The food was the best authentic, traditional Mexican cuisine we have had. Alfredo provided 3 meals each day. He usually prepared 3 entrees with fresh fruit and sides at meal time. The only duplication in meals was our insistence for street tacos on our last night. After “family time” the food was my favorite part of the trip. We also had a lady (name I forgot) who was at the home during the day cleaning and helping with food preparation and clean up. She was very pleasant. * Alejandro (Alex) was our host and an unexpected delight. He spoke excellent English. He was with us each morning for breakfast and each evening at dinner time. He was extremely pleasant, helpful, and personal. He offered many suggestions including which beaches would be best for the children. He made our stay very enjoyable by making us feel at ease. He treated us as if we were part of his family. +Beaches. We took the catamaran to Isla Mujeres for the day. We booked it with a company located across the main road from the Catholic Church located near the home. Snorkeling, sailing, sightseeing, turtles, lunch, etc. At Alex’s suggestion, we went to Playa Langosta, Playa Tortugas, and Playa Marlin. All were great beaches for the children. Not so good things. *When we arrived, the pilot light on the water heater was out, meaning cold showers for the first night. Alex took care of this as soon as he was told of the problem. *With the house so close to the lagoon, at dusk each evening, there were a lot of mosquitoes. We were unable to go outside without using bug spray which luckily we brought with us. The mosquitoes had nothing to do with David and Alex. *During our stay, the weather was cooler than usual. The water in the pool was not heated and it seemed to be colder than the water in the ocean. The temperature of the water didn’t stop any of the pool time for the kids. This also wasn’t the responsibility of our hosts. We would go back again without hesitation.

I will start off by saying this was a spectacular trip but David and his crew made the trip one for the ages. Our trip was a blended family trip so we were concerned that it would be awkward. It wasn’t. David ensured that we had many things to do including clubbing it for the boys and a one day yacht rental and cruise to la Isla Mujeres. Fortunately David has a lot of energy and that was important because without that, we may have missed out on a lot of activities on our trip. As we chose the all-inclusive package, this included food, an excellent chef, cleaning service and the ever special/friendly/accommodating Alex, our personal butler. He was incredible. Anything we wanted or needed Alex took care of it. The house location was perfect. The house was a lil older but clean, spacious and perfect for us. Kudos to David And his crew for making our Cancun trip a once in a lifetime trip. Would recommend and we would do it again.

David and Liz are wonderful hosts! My nephews and I had such a amazing time. The location was great with a Starbucks, OXXO, and restaurants within walking distance. Very fast response time and the logistic was very smooth. We will be back again and definitely stay here again!

David and his team are amazing. He is hands down the best host I have ever had the pleasure to work with. I truly felt like he was a family relative, instead of a host. His home was amazing, he picked us up from the ferry. Took us to the airport, called me daily to make sure me and my family was happy, safe and comfortable. I swear if anyone reading this and is planning on booking a place in Cancun, go with David and you will truly thank me. I stayed here with 10 friends for the weekend. The home was perfet and close to the beach and nightlife. David was very responsive throughout the trip he helped us rent a boat for the day. I would definitely recommend you stay here!!

Great price and great location! could not have been a better stay. Very close to everything, so much fun to party in with friends. The pool is amazing and we didn’t see any neighbours the entire weekend. We had a movie night, pool day and even a boat day. Thank you again David and Elizabeth for all the great recommendations.

We traveled in a LARGE group of 10 adults 6 kids and one baby and we absolutely loved this house!! It was spacious and comfortable and we always felt safe and at home. The pool in the back was a lot of fun and the dock by the lagoon was a great place to catch amazing sunsets. My father was out there every morning to take his coffee and just loved the incredible view. Whats fabulous about this place is that it has daily housekeeping. The women are very nice and sweet. They will always try to help you with whatever you may need. We booked the private chef for 2 days instead of going out on excursions and we couldn’t have been any happier!! The chef and his team prepared for us all day long and their food was amazing! We also booked the yacht that took our group out to Isla of Mujeres which was my favorite part of the trip as that was the most amazing beach ever! I would highly recommend coming here and letting David and his team take care of you!
