The Space
This stunning 8th floor condo overlooks the pool and Caribbean Sea. Areas include 2 separate living areas, gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, dining room, 3 en-suite bedrooms, and an outdoor balcony hot tub. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, overlooks the Caribbean, walk-in closet, double vanity sink and separate bathtub, access to balcony with an outdoor Jacuzzi. Bedroom 2 has a king bed. Bedroom 3 has 2 queen beds.
Novo Cancun Condos has 1st class amenities. There is a concierge, 24-hour security, and covered parking. The complex has 3 pools and hot tubs – one pool is heated year-round. There is also a spa and gym, beach club, boat dock, marina, jogging track, grass tennis court, and children’s playground. The pool area is a sunbather’s dream. There are plenty of comfy chaise lounges overlooking the Caribbean. There is also a Palapa that has dining and cocktail service.
As a bonus, you will have access to the amenities of the SLS Hotel, including the spa, restaurants, and beach club. Access begins in 2020.
Guest Access
Guest have access to the entire home and all its amenities: Including Daily Housekeeping, Butler, WIFI, Air conditioning, Outdoor seating, BBQ, Private pool and Jacuzzi.
