Overview
This three story townhouse is perfectly located in the centre of Cancun’s hotel zone. Set on the Nichupte lagoon just one street from the beach, major hotels and all of Cancun’s nightlife & attractions.
This spacious and fully furnished home is perfect for large groups and families coming to Cancun on vacation. with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, many seating areas and balconies, kitchen, WIFI and A/C in every room. As well as 24 hour on site hosts to better accommodate our guests.
The Space
The home is located on a safe and quiet street just a few minutes walk from all Cancun’s attractions like; Coco Bongo, Mandala beach, Sr. Frogs and more.
1st floor has 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms they can be wheelchair accessible. The first 2 bedrooms is equipped with 2 double beds and a full bathroom.
2nd floor is equipped with a full renovated kitchen, couch area and dining area. Enjoy some home cooked meals cooked in the kitchen with some fresh ingredients you picked up at the Supermarket or some Mexican specialities from one of our qualified chefs in the comfort of your own home. 3rd floor is equipped with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. 3 double beds, sleeps up to 6 people.

Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire home and all its amenities. Guests also have access to a communal pool and large backyard. The spacious backyard and balconies make it very easy to relax and enjoy the sun or even to just watch the breathtaking Caribbean sunset in the comfort of your own vacation home.

Awesome place to stay, the place is huge with a nice pool, and the host is great, make sure to have transportation because is a bit of walking to the main areas about 20min.

One of my best vacation I had so far for my birthday!! David is very cooperative and communicate with me anytime I have any question. He recommended me so many things here which was amazing of him ! This trip wouldn’t be good with out his help! The house was nearby the beaches and had a beautiful view in back yard , everything was also nearby like stores, food , fun actives it made things easier to get around. Taxi is also right in front of the house if you need to go somewhere further. House was super clean too, house provided cleaning service which was also great made sure the house was clean through out my 5 day trip! Really recommend this house for a beautiful trip to Cancun 100%!

The villa itself is beautiful and located in a great area. I live in Cancun and in terms of location the Villa is in a perfect spot. Aside from that the team itself is great and did everything they could to help make sure we had a great time. I’ll do more business with them in the future.
